PALRAM invests considerable resources into the development of its human assets, encouraging excellence and professional expansion amongst its employees. As part of this concept PALRAM College has been established. PALRAM College is in charge of the Company’s organizational studies and monitoring the employees’ legitimacy at the various levels.
PALRAM College has several courses of study:
1. A regular course for new employees, which includes an introduction to the PALRAM Company, safety training and specific vocational training for the employee’s future employment.
2. Vocational training courses – general training for employees to raise their level of skill, thus improving their work performance.
3. Training course for internal instructor groups – activating a group of instructors from the various departments who will serve as instructors in these courses to be held in PALRAM. The instructors’ group meets frequently in order to improve training skills.
4. Manager development course – this course includes identifying requirements and building training and instruction models based on these requirements. The methods used are workshops combined with personal instruction.
Amongst the goals for 2009, the College intends to establish management procedures while training suitable personnel in this field, expand training activities for PALRAM employees at all levels and at the same time construct training schemes also for our distributors.
