Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical guidance to ensure the optimal use of Palram’s product solutions.
Location
North-East States, Kerala and New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Market Development
- Identify and engage with potential clients across the North-East, , Delhi and Kerala regions.
- Promote Palram’s range of roofing solutions to architects, contractors, and end-users.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by creating and executing a strategic sales plan. 2.Use civil engineering expertise to recommend the best roofing solutions based on client requirements.

- Identify opportunities for growth and product development.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Prepare detailed sales reports and share insights with the management team.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1- 4 years of experience in sales within the roofing or construction industry.
- Skills:
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
– Ability to understand technical specifications and convey them effectively.
– Capability to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
