The Palight Trimboard Cortex Fastening System combines the strength of a face-fastened connection with the beauty of a hidden fastener. Available in smooth or woodgrain finish, the Cortex system can be used with our boards, sheets, and ProFinish profiles and mouldings.

No more caulking, sanding, or painting required. The Cortex® Fastening System for Palight Trimboard combines the strength of a face-fastened connection with the beauty of a hidden fastener. It's the fastest, easiest way to hide the fastener heads when installing PVC trim boards, sheets, and ProFinish Profiles.
No pre-drilling required. The screw is specially designed to cut a clean hole through the surface of Palight Trimboard. Then tap in a matching plug and you're done.
